Arabian Nights payment policy limits the number of payment transactions to two (2) per reservation to ensure a smooth and timely check-in for all guests. However, Arabian Nights is able to accommodate parties with multiple couples or families who wish to sit together, but pay separately by making special reservation arrangements.
If your party wishes to book as one group to ensure seating together, but requires splitting payment into more than two (2) transactions, Arabian Nights will hold specific seats for your party for a minimal fee. A seating surcharge of $5.00 per seat will ensure your party will be seated at the same table, or in the case of larger parties, at tables directly next to each other, regardless of how many payment transactions your party wishes to complete.
The seating surcharge covers the cost of gratuity and the processing of reserved seating before payment is made in full. Parties utilizing the seating surcharge must check-in earlier than thirty minutes before the start of the show. At thirty minutes before the start of the show any reservations that are not paid in full will be released to accommodate stand-by guests. Once seats have been released, Arabian Nights cannot guarantee seating at the same table.
If a reservation is booked and paid in full in advance, no seating surcharge is required. The surcharge is non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be paid in full at the time the reservation is booked. The seating surcharge is a separate fee from standard ticket prices, and does not contribute to the overall ticket price.
Questions About the Venue
Arabian Nights has the world’s largest indoor climate-controlled equestrian arena at 56,000 sq. ft. with seating for up to 1,200 guests. Twelve sections of tiered seating offer unobstructed views of the performance. Preferential seating is also available for physically challenged guests.
Arabian Nights is located a half mile east of I-4, mile marker 8. For detailed directions and a map visit our Directions page.
Here at Arabian Nights we do have plenty of onsite parking, free of charge. Follow the directions and signs to Arabian Nights, and our parking attendants will show you where to park.
Yes! We have preferred seating for guests with wheelchairs and their parties. Contact us for more information.
The Sky box is able to hold 75-guests and features seating in an elevated, glass-enclosed viewing area that is great for guests with allergies on the second floor of our facility and includes a private entrance.
This is a family fun atmosphere – casual dress is fine. If you plan on taking part in the VIP Experience we recommend closed-toe shoes as you will be inside of the arena walking over the wood chips for your up close view of the horses. Also, if you get cold easily it would be best to bring a light sweater; we keep the arena at a balmy 65 degrees Fahrenheit.
The gift shop at Arabian Nights is privately owned and operated by Great Horse Gifts. Their email is firstname.lastname@example.org and the managers are Sue and Paul Doran.
